listen, supermodel…firstly, i wish i had hair like yours. have you seen my bad hairday photos on flickr? real bad. although, i never knew why anyone wears shower caps, but on days that you don’t want to wash it, when you keep all the moisture out, it keeps the craziness out in a big way. although you do have to wear a shower cap. i feel embarrassed even when i am not seen by anyone. they don’t make cool ones. second, i butt would not fit thru a one foot window, and i would be stuck, even now, by my boobs or ass in the window. i miss ya!

wow…is that your natural haircolor? it’s so brown!!! v. nice. good contrast w/the color of the yarn. the hat is v. intriguing (sp…? intrigue, intriguing? why doesn’t that look right?!).it’s crazy how knitting makes you reconsider your spending habits in terms of how much yarn you could be buying otherwise. i find i save more money for yarn-related purchases that way. but i don’t save any more or less money overall. *sigh*

that sucks! must remember to give spare key to my friend who lives nearby. glad you didn’t injure yourself on the bushes or anything. and your hat looks fab on you.

Oh no! Dang, that sucks. That’s one instance where having a roommate is a good thing. Great hat! I’ve been meaning to make one for a while now. Too bad I can’t wear knit hats at work.

Cute hat and you are so pretty! I’m glad you made it into your house. A few months ago I drove to the yarn store and when I parked and checked that I wasn’t in anyone’s driveway, I locked myself out of my car. With the engine running! I almost cried with embarassment, but worse was spending $80 to watch a guy break into my car. All the yarn I could have bought!

ah, that hat is great great, glad you get to keep this one.

how cool is it that you broke into your own home! i remember when i was little once my brother did the same thing and he had to go onto the roof to reach a teeny attic window. so thrilling to watch!

hmm, that money that *would* have spent on keys should definitely go to some yarn prize, dontcha think?

Quick thinking! I think of money in terms of yarn too. Saving money elsewhere means I can spend it at the yarn shop.
