I've found the food in Vegas to be very "suburban mally" (she says in her San Francisco snobby accent), but the horror of your meal should never happen. Two of the best meals I've had in Vegas were at Rao's in Caesar's Palace and at a tacqueria the locals go to in a stripmall off the beaten path. Dude that sucks!
